Roadmap

What is live, what is being built, and what comes next. The order is not a wish list: each module is placed where it is because of what it needs underneath it.

  1. FreeAvailable now

    Contacts

The customer list every other module writes to.

Shipped and included with every workspace. Modules that own their own separate customer list can never be joined up later.

  2. Available now

    AI Assistant

Answers customer questions from your own documents.

Shipped, with a public help centre and citations that carry the passage the answer came from.

  3. FreeAvailable now

    Requests

Catches every question the assistant could not close.

Shipped. Shares the assistant widget rather than adding a second one.

  4. Available now

    Bookings

Appointments customers can make without calling you.

Shipped. Single calendar, several services; deposits and calendar sync are deliberately not in v1.

  5. FreeAvailable now

    Quotes

Turn a job enquiry into a priced quote the same day.

Shipped. Quoting only - invoicing, tax handling and bookkeeping stay out of scope.

  6. FreeIn development

    Your page

A page that gets you found, answers questions and takes bookings.

Next. Mostly assembly of what is already built - it is what turns the modules into one product a customer can be sold.

  7. Planned

    Get found

Set up properly on Google, and asked for reviews at the right moment.

Reframed after research: a new directory cannot rank against IndiaMART, JustDial and hipages without supply we will not have for years, and auto-generated suburb pages are the shape Google penalises. What works is helping a business get its own Google profile right and collect real reviews.

  8. FreePlanned

    Missed-call rescue

A missed call becomes a booking instead of a lost job.

The live voice agent this started as is deferred: measured on real calls every platform answers 1.3-1.7 seconds late, 31% of people say they would hang up on an AI, and Jobber and ServiceM8 already bundle one at $29. What survives is the part that was doing the work anyway - answering fast.

  9. Planned

    Reviews

Ask happy customers for a review at the right moment.

Needs a completed job or appointment to trigger from, so it follows Bookings and Quotes.

What we are not building

Saying this out loud is more useful than a longer roadmap.

Invoicing, tax and bookkeeping

Quotes stop at an accepted quote and a deposit. Compliant invoicing, tax handling and reconciliation belong in Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks. We would rather export to them than compete with them badly.

A full CRM

Contacts exists so the other modules have somewhere sensible to put a customer. If you need pipelines, forecasting and email sequences, use a real CRM.

A full helpdesk

Requests captures and replies. If you already run Zendesk or Freshdesk, forward to it instead of moving to us.

Review gating

Filtering unhappy customers away from public review sites breaks Google's policies. We will not build it.

Compliance automation

Deferred. It is a serious product with serious buyers, and it deserves more attention than it would get alongside everything above.
